Aaron Frumin, founder and executive director of unCommon Constructionwas honored this week in Gambit Magazine’s annual 40 under 40 award. We are proud to call Aaron a client, and have been working with unCommon Construction over the two years as they revitalize the local community with helping train local young people with construction skills and real-world, hands-on experience. Aaron founded this amazing non-profit in 2015 and has teamed up with five schools, built six houses and helped more than 70 students across New Orleans. Currently Josh Walther has listed unCommon Construction’s latest property at 2529 North Tonti Street in St. Roch.

Gabrielle Begue, co-founder and principal of Clio Associates, was awarded Gambit Magazine’s 40 under 40 honor this week.
Gabrielle, a client of Adrienne Labauve, helms Clio Associates, a historic preservation consulting firm which advises architects, realtors, and the general public about historical tax credit and preservation issues in New Orleans. Some of her impressive projects include helping preserve Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard, obtaining tax credits for the newly restored Ponchartrain Hotel, and helping secure National Register Nominations for properties around town including New Orleans Federal Savings & Loan Building on Chef Menteur Highway. Gabrielle’s diverse portfolio demonstrates her interest in helping New Orleans preserve history as well as move into the future. Adrienne Labauve proudly calls Gabrielle one of her clients.
