Kate immigrated to the United States from Bulgaria with her parents, when she was 6 six years old. After coming to the US Kate continued to travel and study abroad until she decided to settle down on the East Coast just outside of Boston Massachusetts. While living on the East Coast she attended college in Rhode Island. During this time, she was recruited by Harrah’s and began her career in the restaurant industry.
Travel was always part of Kate’s life and all it took was one visit to New Orleans for her to fall in love with the city. She decided to make New Orleans home and transfer to Harrah’s in New Orleans. She’s been here ever since, calling it home for over 14 years now. In her words “The city’s culture, food, history, music, and especially the people are what made me want to live here. I took one step out of my car the first time visiting, smelled the air and never looked back.”
After a long journey of earning multiple degrees, Including a Paralegal degree from Tulane, and giving birth to a daughter, Kate found a passion in real estate. She began her journey in real estate 6 years ago and found herself as one of the top agents in the city. Priding herself on an extensive understanding of the neighborhoods, culture, ethics and actively participating in the community.
