Jonathan Shaver, CCIM RE / MAX Commercial Brokers

Jonathan has been in commercial real estate for more than 8 years, working primarily with developers utilizing Federal and State historic tax credits and with owners of buildings that qualify for those incentives. He is a consistent top producer, and has placed in the top 10 statewide, and in the top 50 nationwide, across the RE/MAX network each of the past three years. He served as president of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter in 2017 after several years of active chapter involvement.

He attends Trinity Episcopal Church where he has served as a member of the vestry. He has also served on Spring Hill College’s National Alumni Association Board.

Mandy Pumilia is the principal/owner of Picnic Media, founded in 2007 providing digital marketing services for small and medium sized businesses. Her background is in sales and business development and she is passionate about coaching clients to reach their full potential. In 2015 Mandy founded Royal Brewery New Orleans with her husband Raymond in New Orleans East where they opened a manufacturing craft brewing facility with a tap room in the summer of 2017.
