June Community Connect – Witry Collective Industry Partners

It is no secret that competition has its benefits; it pushes us to work harder and faster, testing our skills and helping us achieve our goals. However, competition can also have a dark side; people are less likely to trust each other and share information, and it therefore becomes difficult to communicate ideas for the greater good. Generally, when we work and/or live in a collaborative environment, we are more engaged and productive because we feel valued and supported, naturally creating a more enriched experience for all involved. In many instances, when we collaborate instead of compete, there are often amazing results!

Collaboration is the foundation the Witry Collective is built upon. It is the spark that fuels our fire and it has positively affected all aspects of our business and personal lives. In the spirit of collaboration this month, we are thrilled to highlight our industry partners whom we work with daily in order to achieve the goals of our clients. We believe these business relationships add tremendous value and make a β€œcollective difference” in our clients’ real estate experiences. We truly believe we are stronger when we work together and share our ideas for the benefit of our industry.

Over the years, we have developed a comprehensive resource list that is accessible through our website www.wcnola.com/resources. We strive to provide our clients with the most up-to-date information the City of New Orleans has to offer relating to residential and commercial real estate, schools, and neighborhoods. This wealth of information includes contacts for local bankers, lenders, insurance agents, estate planners, title companies, trusted contractors, architects, commercial real estate agents, tax credit experts, interior designers, home stagers, and many more. They are all people and businesses that we collaborate with on a regular basis. We are constantly updating the resource list to give you the most accurate information possible. Whether you are a local New Orleanian or brand new to our city, this resource list and the contacts it provides is invaluable. We have dozens of clients that continue to utilize this list many years after they have bought or sold.

If you have ever transacted with us, you are aware of the amount of time and effort that goes into the process of buying and/or selling real estate. It is truly a combined effort of many individuals working together across various industries that make a transaction successful. As we move forward into June, marking our 6th month as a brokerage, we want to say THANK YOU to all of our industry partners and the individuals who repeatedly provide exceptional customer service day after day. We sincerely enjoy working with you all and appreciate your continued support and dedication.
