Our firm is blooming and we are so excited about the new, talented and driven agents that are joining us. Our first duo to team up with Witry Collective have an interesting story and journey into Real Estate.

 

Welcome to the WC, team Kate Kancheva & Matt Wetta!

Kate and Matt have worked under the name “Love Live Nola” for their time in Real Estate and it’s no surprise why they claimed that title. The pair excel on social media, showcasing neighborhoods, engaging with clients and highlighting the history of the Big Easy.

 

 

Kate, an immigrant from Bulgaria, came to the United States with her parents when she was just 6 years old. Since living in America, she continued to travel with her family, and studied abroad. She spent some time on the East Coast, just outside of Boston Massachusetts, where she attended college in Rhode Island. Given her hospitable and engaging personality, she was recruited by Harrah’s, beginning her career in the restaurant industry, and transferring to New Orleans. “The city’s culture, food, history, music, and especially the people are what made me want to live here. I took one step out of my car the first time visiting, smelled the air and never looked back.”

 

Matt is a native New Orleanian. He began his higher education journey in Marketing & Finance at the University of New Orleans (UNO) and spent some time studying abroad at the University of Sydney, in Australia. Sydney gave Matt an appreciation of visual art, as the city is famous for its opera house. After returning home to New Orleans, he was inspired to delve into Marketing, Photography and filmography.
