3 Fairview Court offered a beautiful backdrop to our Monthly Salon Series for March.

In a time of social distancing, we wanted an avenue to continue connecting with our community by offering an element, or sense, of this gorgeous space and invite you into the experience.

 

We opened the backdoor to the sunroom, located just off the kitchen and dining rooms, allowing the breeze to float through the home. It was a lovely Spring day hovering at 75 degrees with an occasional perfectly timed breeze. The room is surrounded by floor to ceiling glass windows, exposing a tranquil backyard  full of greenery and lush foliage. After the 45-minute, distanced, restorative yoga class with Julie Holman of Bona Fide Yoga & Wellness, I explored the home for our Virtual Walkthrough.

 

The facade of 3 Fairview Court offers a contemporary and modern design within a quiet, yet vibrant, cul-de-sac in Old Metairie. Upon entering the home you’re met with a wide hallway housing a half bath and several open doorways. The first room on your left could be a potential guest bedroom or study, surrounded by windows for ample natural light. Making your way into the main space, you’re lead into two rooms for an assumed dining and living area connected by a wide wooden archway. Stemming off the center room is the sunroom (as seen in our Salon Series video) and the gourmet kitchen with a lovely breakfast nook surrounded by floor to ceiling windows.

  

 

Pass through the kitchen, into the main hallway and take the stairs up to the additional 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom is very spacious and offers a large closet. Two bedrooms on your left divided by a Jack and Jill bathroom, third bedroom overlooking the cul-de-sac and an additional full bathroom on this level. Take another small set of stairs up to the Master Suite. At the top of the stairs, you’re met with a generous sized sitting room. Entering the Master Bedroom to the left, a large walk-in closet with two rooms of hanging, shelving and built-in drawer space with a window in each of the rooms. Directly in front of you a large outdoor deck off the bedroom. To your right, the Master Bathroom offers additional storage, closet space and a large, gorgeous soaking tub.

 

 

Not featured in the video is a spacious basement, accessible from the entry hallway with additional bonus rooms, the garage and ample storage space. The home has incredible natural light, offers a spacious and comfortable setting with some beautiful, serene elements.
