The dining room chandelier is a Sonneman Light Fixture. “I had it hanging over the dining room table. Each of the ‘grapes’ had to be individually suspended length wise! My idea was to allow sight lines through the fixture and mimic the bridge lights.”

The wall sconces are Light Spring Double for Flos by Ron Gilad.

It’s clear to see that every wall and detail of this condo, was loved and considered in the design of the space. There has also been two major renovations to 4B since their ownership.

 

 

The first major renovation was at purchase in Fall 2013. Services included building a new primary closet, major overhaul of hall bathroom, floor to ceiling bookshelves in master bedroom, installation of wine cooler in kitchen, audio visual revamp and purchase of new televisions, installation of window coverings in guest bedroom and hanging fixtures. Upgraded window tinting of all windows, marble floors stripped, cleaned, and sealed twice.

 

 

Second major renovation of the primary bathroom was in December 2019 by Derose Construction. New DuraSupreme cabinetry, double sinks, new Quartz countertops, new Kohler toilet, Robert medicine cabinet, lighted mirror, Flavor Paper, and an Artimede light fixture installed.
