Salon Series: 4000-4008 Royal Street

On January 25th, 2020, the Witry Collective hosted the first of what will be many, Salon Series. Our Salon Series mission is to connect with our current and potential clientele, engage with the community and honor these luxury properties we are representing. We offer a wellness hour prior to local treats from the neighborhood, mingling and then open up the space to a self-guided exploration of the home. For this event, we were able to utilize the expansive property and offer two yoga classes, each bringing a different focus of body and mind, taught by Karina Pivik of Karina Marie Yoga and Julie Holman of Bona fide Yoga & Wellness. We grabbed a few King Cakes from neighborhood favorite Bywater Bakery and a vegan option from Shake Sugary.

 

We held this Salon Series at 4000-4008 Royal Street, an expansive and exceptional setting for us to gather, that showcases one of the more unique homes we have listed. The property itself is a must-see. I was awe struck the first time I walked through the space and each time thereafter, I entertained a new idea of how I would rearrange my furniture or which bedroom I would want to claim. I’m still day-dreaming about the lavish dinner parties I could host in the courtyard, the two-story Yoga studio I could have in the front unit, watching the fireworks on the 4th of July from my 4th floor balcony, opening all my French Doors on a breezy Spring day with the SONOS surround sound system playing WWOZ throughout the entire house and living in my own little private oasis.
